My names Becky. I'm 18, and I live in Maryland. :) This is basically going to be my journey through weight-loss. I've seen a lot of people have success through blogging their diet and exercise and have support and motivation via the internet. I don't want to be pure bone. I want a really nice, completely tone figure. Right now I'm slender but I feel fat all of the time and I jiggle, and I'm just unhappy.
I've been a vegetarian for 6 years and counting. It's a huge part of being healthy for me.

It’s freshly squeezed lemon juice, cayenne pepper and maple syrup. I stopped because it was really expensive. You end up using about a half a bottle of grade a pure maple syrup a dayyyy and that shit is like $8-9, lemons aren’t cheap either especially when a bag last like 2-3 days. it’s a nice cleanse for the week or two weeks if you could afford that but for 40 days? i’m broke yo! if you want more details on measurements of ingredients you can google it and find a lot of sites that talk about it. :)
